Robert Half Accountancy and Finance is partnering with a fast-growing, forward-thinking manufacturing business based in Leeds to recruit a motivated and ambitious Accounts Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their finance career who is looking to develop, take ownership, and progress quickly within a supportive environment.

You'll play a key role in the day-to-day finance function, gaining exposure across all areas while working closely with a knowledgeable finance team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Supporting with bank reconciliations and cash posting
• Assisting with month-end close and management accounts
• Managing supplier queries and reconciliations
• Supporting credit control and collections
• Getting involved in process improvements and ad hoc projects

• Ambitious, driven, and keen to build a career in finance
• Previous Accounts Assistant experience in a similar role
• Ideally studying (AAT / ACCA / CIMA) or planning to start
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach

• £30,000 - £35,000 salary
