Role Description
The role involves planning and delivering engaging English language lessons, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support to meet the varying needs of learners. The teacher is expected to create a positive learning environment, motivate students, and maintain clear and effective communication with both students and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured, engaging, and interactive English language lessons
- Teach adults and younger learners ranging from A1 to C2 levels
- Design effective lesson plans adapted to student needs and learning styles
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress
- Integrate interactive educational technology into lessons
Requirements
- Certification: Accredited TEFL / CELTA certificate (minimum 120 hours)
- Education: University degree preferred
- Language: English proficiency to C1
- Skills: Strong classroom management, cultural sensitivity, and excellent communication
- Experience: Prior teaching experience is a plus, but newly qualified teachers are welcome to apply
