Impactive are thrilled to continue their exclusive recruitment partnership with a fast-growing Leeds-based Data & Analytics consultancy, who are focused on implementing Decision Intelligence and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to help their clients make better decisions through data-driven insights.
Their team blends strong technical capability with real-world commercial experience, allowing them to quickly understand how a business really operates, and build solutions that fit.
As part of their continued growth, they are hiring for a Power BI Analytics Consultant to join their Leeds-based team.
The Role.
This is a hands-on role with real visibility.
You’ll work closely with their internal analytics teams, as well as external partners, turning complex technical challenges into clear, business-aligned data solutions.
They're more interested in your mindset than a long list of technical qualifications.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a passion for data & insights - especially within the Microsoft Power BI ecosystem. You’ll be working closely with clients, helping them make sense of their data through clear, insightful dashboards and reports. They'll support your growth every step of the way, with on-the job training and opportunities to gain Power BI accreditation.
What They're Looking For.
- Personality matters: You’re confident, communicative, and great at building relationships. You’ll be a key point of contact with clients, so being personable and professional is essential.
- 1-3 years experience with Power BI (happy to put individuals through their PL-300 certifications)
- Analytical thinker who enjoys turning data into stories and insights that make a difference.
- Team player who loves collaborating with both clients and colleagues.
- Motivated and solutions-driven, always looking to solve problems in practical ways.
