About the role…

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious social leader to step into a pivotal role within the agency. As Director of Social, you'll be the voice of social across the business, working closely with the MD and SLT to shape the agency's future, drive new business, inspire the team, and deliver outstanding work for clients.

This role offers the perfect blend of strategic leadership and creative freedom. You'll lead an established and talented social team, champion social-first thinking across the agency, and play a key role in evolving the agency's offering and reputation.

What you’ll be doing day to day…

• Working alongside the MD and SLT to help drive the next chapter of agency growth
• Leading and developing the social team across strategy, content, paid and client services
• Acting as the agency's social expert, both internally and externally
• Leading social-first creative thinking across pitches and client campaigns
• Collaborating with other department leads on integrated campaigns
• Driving innovation, creativity and commercial growth across the social offering

About you…

You'll already have built an impressive career within social, digital or integrated agencies and be ready for a role where your influence extends beyond your department.

You may currently be a Head of Social looking for your first Director-level opportunity, or already operating at Director level and looking for a fresh challenge where you can have a greater impact on the direction of the business.

Most importantly, you'll be equal parts strategic leader and creative thinker. Someone who can inspire a room, win over clients, develop teams and bring bold ideas to life.

What we're looking for…

• Proven success delivering impactful, creative and commercially successful social campaigns
• Experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary social teams across organic, paid, content and account management
• A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and building strong client partnerships
• Experience contributing to agency growth through pitching, upselling and identifying new opportunities
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire teams and bring people with you
• Ambition to play a significant role in the future success and direction of the agency
