Job Title: Product Owner
Location: Leeds (2-3 days onsite)
Contract: 6 Months, Outside IR35

We're looking for a Product Owner to join a fast paced, data led environment delivering a significant volume of work over the coming months.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in complex environments where requirements evolve, priorities shift, and progress depends on someone who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to delivery teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning and managing the product backlog within Jira
• Driving backlog refinement and ensuring work is sprint-ready
• Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Delivery Managers and business stakeholders
• Translating evolving business requirements into clear features, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Understanding and simplifying complex data flows and business logic
• Helping teams navigate ambiguity while maintaining delivery momentum
• Managing competing stakeholder priorities and removing blockers
• Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

Experience Required

• Proven Product Owner experience within complex technology environments
• Hands on experience owning backlogs, refining requirements and supporting delivery
• Strong Jira experience, including backlog management, sprint preparation and ticket refinement
• Experience working with APIs, integrations or complex data-driven systems
• Demonstrable experience turning complex business problems into clear requirements
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
