Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver highly engaging, differentiated lessons across the Primary National Curriculum.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-trust classroom environment that encourages pupil participation.

  • Assess, track, and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to accelerate learning.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with teaching assistants to support pupils with SEND and EAL requirements.

  • Maintain open, proactive communication with parents, carers, and the wider school community.

  • Actively participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.

Requirements for the Role
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK recognised teaching qualification.

  • Proven experience teaching within a UK primary school setting (ECTs are highly encouraged to apply).

  • Up-to-date knowledge of primary pedagogical practices and safeguarding procedures.

  • A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).

  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills.
