Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with the EYFS statutory framework.
Foster an inclusive, safe, and stimulating environment that supports the prime and specific areas of development.
Utilise positive behaviour management strategies tailored to very young learners.
Work collaboratively with early years teaching assistants and practitioners within the setting.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding and child protection at all times.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised UK early years teaching qualification.
Strong, recent experience teaching within a UK Nursery or Reception setting.
An excellent understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
An imaginative, warm, and proactive approach to early childhood education.
An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for one through us).
The legal right to work in the UK.
