• Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with the EYFS statutory framework.

• Utilise positive behaviour management strategies tailored to very young learners.

• Work collaboratively with early years teaching assistants and practitioners within the setting.

• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and child protection at all times.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised UK early years teaching qualification.

• Strong, recent experience teaching within a UK Nursery or Reception setting.

• An excellent understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.

• An imaginative, warm, and proactive approach to early childhood education.

• An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for one through us).

• The legal right to work in the UK.
