Salary: £30,000 Basic + Bonus


Technology & Risk Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing organisation within the kitchen and bathroom sector who are looking to add an Internal Sales Coordinator to their team in Leeds.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in kitchen and bathroom sales who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities and driving revenue growth within an established customer base.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Internal Sales & Account Development

  • Proactively identify sales opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Analyse customer purchasing trends, order history and sales data to uncover opportunities for upselling and account growth.
  • Contact lapsed and low-spending customers to re-engage relationships and generate new orders.
  • Develop strong relationships with merchants, showrooms, installers and trade customers.
  • Follow up on inbound enquiries, marketing campaigns and sales leads.
  • Provide product advice, quotations, pricing support and account management.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM system.
  • Work closely with external sales colleagues to maximise opportunities across key accounts.


Administration & Team Collaboration

  • Maintain excellent product knowledge across the company's product range.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company's high standards of service.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales-based role.
  • Essential experience within the kitchen and bathroom sector.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of construction distribution, merchants or showroom sales would be highly advantageous.
