You'll be joining an experienced SEO team that places a huge emphasis on technical excellence, continuous learning and staying ahead of an ever-evolving search landscape.

The Role:

As an SEO Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering SEO strategies across a diverse portfolio of client accounts. Working closely with SEO Managers and wider channel specialists, you'll help identify growth opportunities, resolve technical challenges and drive organic performance improvements.

This is a hands-on role that would suit someone with a strong technical SEO foundation who enjoys getting into the detail, analysing website performance and solving complex problems.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.

• Analyse crawl data, indexing issues and site performance metrics.

• Support website migrations and large-scale SEO projects.

• Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis and opportunity identification.

• Monitor organic performance and identify areas for growth.

• Work closely with developers, content teams and account managers.

• Support client reporting, insights and strategic recommendations.

• Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates and emerging technologies.

About You:

• 1+ years' experience within SEO, ideally within an agency environment.

• Strong technical SEO knowledge and problem-solving ability.

• Experience using tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4 and Google Search Console.

• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, crawl optimisation and site architecture.

• Experience conducting technical audits and implementing recommendations.

• Comfortable working with large datasets and performance reporting.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Passion for SEO and continuous learning.

The Package:

• £30,000 depending on experience.

• Hybrid working (3 days in the Leeds office, 2 from home).
