leYou'll take ownership of the technical function across a portfolio of four to five live residential schemes simultaneously, driving engineering delivery from pre-acquisition through to planning consent and beyon
- d.Reviewing and signing off engineering drawings to ensure technical accuracy, buildability, and complian
- ceCollaborating closely with the architectural team on scheme design development and coordinati
- onSupporting the planning team with technical inputs into planning applications — drainage strategies, transport statements, infrastructure brie
