Client Services Administrator
Location: Leeds
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm)

We are currently recruiting for a Client Services Administrator to join a well-established and growing professional services organisation based in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator to join a supportive team environment, providing key operational and administrative support across a range of client-focused activities. The role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, liaising with external stakeholders, and ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
The Role
As Client Services Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of administrative processes, maintaining accurate client records, liaising with third-party providers, and assisting with reporting and client review activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating client records and databases, ensuring information remains accurate and compliant.
- Processing valuations, policy information requests, and letters of authority.
- Liaising with product providers and third parties to obtain accurate policy and account information.
- Supporting client review processes, including coordinating meetings and updating client records.
- Managing client disengagement requests in a professional and compliant manner.
- Undertaking market research and preparing information to support advisory teams.
- Collating and preparing documentation for client reviews and recommendations.
- Handling bespoke valuation requests for high-net-worth clients.
- Supporting team projects and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external providers.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience within an administration, client services, financial services, or professional services environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Confidence working with databases and maintaining accurate records.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining compliance standards.
