• ines.Improving customer journeys across digital touchpoints to enhance user experience, engagement and conversion r
• ates.Supporting CRM integration and maintaining customer data to improve segmentation, retention and lead genera
• tion.Delivering email marketing campaigns, customer communications and promotional acti
• vity.Creating and managing marketing automation workflows and customer nurture jour
• neys.Implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic traffic and search perform
• ance.Managing digital content including website copy, landing pages and campaign as
• sets.Supporting social media activity through content creation, scheduling and performance monito
• ring.Producing regular reports on website performance, campaign activity, customer engagement and lead genera
• tion.Monitoring key marketing metrics and recommending improvements to maximise return on invest
• ment.Supporting campaign planning, content creation and campaign execu
