Business Analyst - Up to £50k - New Role

A leading consultancy requires an experienced Business Analyst to join its growing tranformation function. The successful candidate will have the following:

• Strong business analysis experience gained in an enterprise environment
• Substantial agile experience (ideally Scrum)
• Good knowldge of CRM, ERP (such as D365) and Billing platforms and architectures
• Strong understanding of mapping, dissecting and rebuilding data and entity models to support new business outcomes (BPMN)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally
• Ability to work well under pressure within a busy environment and prioritise tasks accordingly

Additionally, any exposure to the following would be useful:

• D365 Customer Engagement, D365 Finance and Operations, Data Lake, Power Bi
• Azure DevOps, JIRA, Lucid or similar tools to capture and refined target process models
• BPMN notation
• Office 365 applications including Word, Excel and Teams

Duties will include:

• Leading discovery workshops to map current processes and pain points (AS IS)
• Working with the Head of Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architects and SME’s to identify and map target process model (TO BE).
• Ensuring the target process model aligns with and supports the business strategy and current enterprise architecture
• Creating user stories for delivery
• Working with delivery teams to ensure user story acceptance criteria can be met in the delivered solution at sprint end review
• Working with process transition teams to facilitate movement of business process from current state to target state
• Ensuring all artifacts created during discovery and delivery processes are clear, accurate, concise and made available to all key stake holders
