An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Development Solicitor to join a highly regarded national law firm in Leeds. Working as part of a Legal 500 rated Property team, you will advise major house builders, developers and landowners on high value development projects.

Description

The Residential Development Solicitor will be:


  • Managing a broad range of residential development and strategic land transactions
  • Advising national and regional house builders, developers and landowners
  • Negotiating acquisition, disposal and development agreements
  • Working closely with planning, construction, environmental and tax specialists on complex projects
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Working on business development initiatives and helping grow the practice
  • Delivering commercially focused legal advice on high value transactions
  • Working with colleagues across a nationally recognised real estate team

Profile

.The Residential Development Solicitor should be:


  • A solicitor or equivalent with between 2 and 10 years' PQE
  • Experienced in residential development or commercial property work
  • Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
  • Able to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
  • Interested in developing a long term career with a large national law firm
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively within a high performing team


Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £64,000 to £80,000 per annum.
