Description

  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Maintain payroll records and update employee data as required.
  • Handle payroll queries efficiently and provide clear resolutions.
  • Assist with payroll reporting and contribute to audits when necessary.
  • Ensure deductions and contributions are calculated and applied correctly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address payroll-related issues or updates.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc payroll tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

  • Prior experience in payroll administration.
  • A strong understanding of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • CIPP Foundation Degree Qualified or Part Qualified in Payroll is desirable.
