Are you looking for a long-term career in manufacturing? We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided, so previous production experience is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Assembling and manufacturing products to a high standard.
  • Packing finished products ready for dispatch.
  • Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process.
  • Following production schedules and work instructions.
  • Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised.
  • Reporting any faults or issues to the Team Leader.
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures.
  • Supporting colleagues to ensure production targets are achieved.
What We're Looking For
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long periods.
  • A basic understanding of maths is essential, including counting, measuring and completing simple calculations.
  • Basic English communication skills.
Experience
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Full training will be provided.
