Working with a large Real Estate team, you will advise major corporate clients across a broad range of development, investment and corporate occupier matters while supporting the growth of junior lawyers.

Description

The Commercial Property Senior Associate will be:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions.
• Advising on development, investment and corporate occupier matters.
• Acting for major corporate clients across a range of industry sectors.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting partners on complex and high value transactions.
• Supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
• Playing an active role in business development and networking.
• Delivering commercially focused legal advice to clients.
• Working with colleagues across the wider national Real Estate team.

Profile

The Commercial Property Senior Associate should be:

• A solicitor with 5 years' PQE or more in Commercial Property.
• Experienced in development, investment and corporate occupier work.
• Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
• Experienced in advising corporate clients on complex property transactions.
• Comfortable supervising and supporting junior team members.
• Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills.
• Ideally from a regional, national or international law firm background.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £85,000 to £95,000 per annum.
