Project Manager - #2103597

We're recruiting on behalf of an established software business seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile customer software rollout programme. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on managing complex customer implementations, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on contract role where you'll take ownership of the end-to-end rollout programme for a major software upgrade across a portfolio of large enterprise customers. The software is business-critical to customers' daily operations, making careful planning, clear communication and effective stakeholder management essential.

Working closely with customers and internal teams, you'll ensure pilot deployments progress successfully before broader rollouts are completed, proactively identifying and resolving risks to keep projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of a large-scale customer software rollout programme.
• Manage multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Coordinate pilot deployments and oversee successful migration to full production environments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Development, Sales, Customer Success, Support and Commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track project actions, dependencies, risks and issues, driving timely resolution where required.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear status updates to both customers and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent communication throughout each project, delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Produce accurate reporting on project progress, customer adoption and rollout performance to support business decision-making.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and implementation best practice.

Your Skills & Experience

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who combines excellent organisational skills with outstanding stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.

• Proven experience delivering software implementation or rollout projects within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry would be beneficial
• Strong project planning, governance and risk management skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent customer projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to remove blockers and maintain project momentum.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across Product, Development, Commercial and Customer Success.
• Strong reporting and project tracking skills.
• Experience working with enterprise or large-scale customers would be highly advantageous.
