We're recruiting on behalf of our long standing digital transformation and IT focused client for an experienced contract HR Business Partner to join their People team on an initial 6-month contract. There is a great chance of this being extended multiple times.

This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Business Partner with specialist ER knowledge who thrives on managing complex casework and enjoys partnering with managers to deliver practical, commercially sound people solutions.

• Managing a varied Employee Relations caseload from start to finish.
• Leading disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance and absence cases.
• Conducting investigations and producing clear, evidence-based reports.
• Coaching and advising managers on employment law, HR policy and best practice.
• Building trusted relationships across the business while helping to drive positive people outcomes.

• Significant hands-on Employee Relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidance.
• Proven experience managing grievances, disciplinaries and other complex ER cases independently.
• Experience working within both public and private sector organisations.
• The confidence to influence managers and navigate sensitive situations with professionalism.
• A collaborative, enthusiastic approach with the ability to bring people together and build strong working relationships.
