Reporting Analyst
We are seeking a Reporting Analyst within our UK Operations business to join our team in a hybrid capacity, with the flexibility to work remotely as well as from our Leeds office.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a variety of reporting for our Fiduciary clients and funds. You will be responsible for a range of activities, including regulatory reporting, board reporting, valuations and performance reporting, as well as overseeing the production of our fund factsheets and the performance reporting cycle. In addition, you will help develop tools and models to support teams across the wider business.

What the day will look like
You’ll work across a mix of structured, recurring tasks with fixed deadlines—where organisation and attention to detail are essential. In addition to monthly, quarterly and annual reporting deliverables, there will also be a variety of ad hoc activities, project work and dealing with day-to-day queries.
Specific tasks will include, but will not be limited to:
- Maintaining complex spreadsheets containing valuation, transaction, performance, attribution and risk data required to enable various types of investment reporting
- Ensuring the quarterly investment reporting data flows into our Client Reporting Portal on time
- Producing complex bespoke reports for non-standard UK and European clients
- Production of clients' monthly valuation statements
- Working alongside various internal teams to produce monthly fund factsheets
- Production and checking of regulatory reporting such as SORP Risk Disclosures and AIFMD reporting
- Production and checking of Committee and Board reporting for various internal and external meetings
- Maintaining procedures, checklists and controls
- Involvement in a variety of project work
- Continuously identify and deliver process improvements within your areas of responsibility, helping to enhance control, efficiency and client outcomes

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality
- Excellent numerical ability and analytical skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Word
- Ability to work with and manipulate large data sets
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Has a proactive and positive “can do” attitude
- Working knowledge of all major asset classes
- General knowledge of different pooled and segregated investment structures
- Experience working in an Operations team, ideally within Asset management or a related investment environment
- Experience with performance and attribution methodology and performance systems is highly desirable
