An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing team in Leeds. Working as part of a highly regarded national real estate practice, you will advise on a broad range of high value commercial property matters working closely with the Partner in Leeds.

Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:


  • Advising on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property.
  • Managing landlord and tenant matters across predominantly commercial property
  • Handling asset management matters
  • Advising on the property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals.
  • Preparing reports on title and certificates of title.
  • Carrying out property due diligence to satisfy lender requirements.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the national real estate practice.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the Leeds office.

Profile

The Commercial Property Solicitor should be:


  • A solicitor with ideally between 2 and 4 years PQE in commercial property.
  • Experienced in handling a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.
  • Technically strong with excellent drafting and analytical skills.
  • Able to manage matters independently while working within a wider team.
  • Commercially aware with excellent client relationship skills.
  • Motivated to develop a long term career within a large national law firm.
  • Ties to Yorkshire

Job Offer
