Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property.
- Managing landlord and tenant matters across predominantly commercial property
- Handling asset management matters
- Advising on the property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals.
- Preparing reports on title and certificates of title.
- Carrying out property due diligence to satisfy lender requirements.
- Working closely with colleagues across the national real estate practice.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the Leeds office.
Profile
The Commercial Property Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor with ideally between 2 and 4 years PQE in commercial property.
- Experienced in handling a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.
- Technically strong with excellent drafting and analytical skills.
- Able to manage matters independently while working within a wider team.
- Commercially aware with excellent client relationship skills.
- Motivated to develop a long term career within a large national law firm.
- Ties to Yorkshire
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £65,000 to £80,000 per annum.
