Randstad Education is currently seeking enthusiastic, nurturing Nursery Assistants to join our supply team in Leeds. To be considered for this early years supply role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Essential UK Experience: You must have recent, practical experience working within a UK nursery, pre-school, or primary school early years (EYFS) setting.

• Knowledge of the EYFS: A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, including how to support child-led play and learning.

• A Warm, Nurturing Approach: Outstanding patience, a friendly attitude, and the energy required to keep up with active young children.

• Safeguarding Compliance: A valid, enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete a new check through Randstad).

• Qualifications (Desirable): While a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification is highly beneficial, we also welcome applications from highly experienced, unqualified assistants with a proven track record in UK settings.
