What You'll Do:
As a Despatch Admin Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing goods and parcels for shipment, ensuring they are packed securely and correctly.
• Strapping goods to pallets in accordance with our packing procedures.
• Managing the movement of parcels, adhering to shop floor rules and packing/loading requirements.
• Booking couriers for customer deliveries and collections via our app.
• Collaborating with the courier company to resolve any delivery issues.
• Assisting the Goods In team to maintain the smooth movement of stock.
• Loading and unloading deliveries, along with stock movement within the Despatch area and yard.
• Occasionally driving for delivery and collection duties as needed.
• Being fully conversant with specific tasks related to the role.

Who You Are:
You are a proactive individual with:

• Hands-on experience in despatch and manual handling.
• A keen eye for detail and an organised approach to tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with courier companies and team members.
• A flexible attitude towards occasional driving duties.

What We Offer:

• Daily Rate: £13.90
• Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing
• Working Pattern: Full Time/ Monday - Friday/ Dayshift
