An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Development Executive to join the marketing and business development team of a leading international law firm, supporting a highly regarded Real Estate practice.

Working closely with the Business Development Manager and senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic business development initiatives, supporting client growth, managing high-profile bids and campaigns, and enhancing the team's market profile.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with partners and become a trusted business development advisor.
• Support the development and delivery of business development plans and targeted client campaigns.
• Lead the preparation of bids, tenders and pitch materials for new business opportunities.
• Create compelling credentials, case studies and client presentations.
• Manage website and business development content, ensuring information remains current and engaging.
• Promote effective use of CRM and business development systems to support client opportunities.
• Support internal communications, events and wider business development activity across the team.

About You

• Previous business development experience within professional services or a similar environment.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident building relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing across teams.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused, with a genuine "can-do" attitude.
