We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee the manufacturing and installation stages of our projects. Acting as the central point of coordination between internal teams, manufacturers, contractors, and clients, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This Project Coordinator role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced project environment, has excellent communication skills, and understands the practical requirements of manufacturing, site installation, and contractor management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate manufacturing schedules with suppliers and production teams.
  • Plan and manage installation programmes from pre-start through to completion.
  • Track project milestones and proactively identify risks to programme delivery.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
  • Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, procurement, and logistics.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and installation teams throughout project delivery.
  • Ensure contractors have the necessary documentation before attending site.
  • Manage site access requirements and installation programmes.
  • Monitor contractor performance against agreed quality, programme, and safety standards.
  • Facilitate communication between contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate:
    • Risk Assessments
    • Method Statements (RAMS)
    • Construction Phase documentation (where applicable)
    • Site-specific safety documentation
  • Ensure all site documentation is approved prior to mobilisation.
  • Coordinate inductions, permits, and compliance documentation.
  • Promote a strong safety culture throughout project delivery.
  • Liaise with manufacturers to monitor production progress.
  • Coordinate deliveries to site, ensuring materials arrive on time and in sequence.
  • Resolve manufacturing or logistics issues that may impact installation.
  • Maintain procurement and delivery schedules.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or Project Support role.
  • Experience coordinating manufacturing and/or installation projects.
  • Knowledge of contractor management and subcontractor coordination.
  • Experience preparing or managing RAMS and health & safety documentation.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
