  • Driving incident investigations, lessons learned and continuous improvement.
  • Leading environmental compliance and supporting our wider ESG commitments.
  • Developing QSHE training and competency frameworks across the business.
  • Producing insightful performance reporting for the Executive Board.
  • Acting as the senior QSHE representative with clients, regulators and certification bodies.
  • Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing QSHE team.

We're looking for a confident, influential leader with significant experience in senior QSHE or Health & Safety leadership within a large, multi-site organisation.

You'll ideally have:

  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent Level 6 qualification) in Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Extensive experience leading QSHE strategy within Facilities Management or a similar service-led environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.
  • Proven experience managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification programmes.
  • Experience leading risk management and corporate governance at a senior level.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at Executive level.
  • A passion for developing people and embedding a positive safety culture.
  • Chartered IOSH (CMIOSH) status and a relevant degree are desirable but not essential.

In return, you will receive:

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Car Allowance
  • Pension Scheme
  • Newly renovated office space with on-site Gym
  • Regular company events
  • Internal mentoring scheme
  • Access to training and career development opportunities
  • Free on-site parking
