Project Officer

• Hourly Rate: £19.32 PAYE / £25.14 Umbrella
• Location: LS10, Leeds
• Job Type: Temporary (6 weeks)

We are seeking a Project Officer to support our management team during a critical 6-week period involving the relocation of two services to a new site. This role is ideal for someone who excels in developing business processes, engaging staff, and managing communications with stakeholders.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Collaborate with managers to develop and refine business processes for the new site.
• Engage with staff to ensure smooth transition and address any concerns.
• Create and disseminate communications to assessors and stakeholders regarding the relocation.
• Develop staff familiarisation documents, including induction materials for the new building.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management, commensurate with the role's grade.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in organisational transitions or relocations.
• Strong ability to develop and implement effective business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to produce clear and informative communication materials and documentation.
• Organised and proactive in managing multiple tasks.
