Our client is a well-established and highly respected independent financial planning business that can demonstrate significant growth year on year. The business has built long-standing relationships with both private and corporate clients, offering advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning. Supporting their continued growth, they seeking two experienced financial planners to join their team.

The business are seeking an experienced and CAS status adviser with a blended skill set to work with existing client and the ability to inherit and convert new business opportunities.

The role offers remote working flexibility and the ability for this hire to conduct advice both remotely and in the field.

What will you do?

• Inherit, manage and develop a small portfolio of existing clients, conducting reviews in a timely manner
• Proactively take up incoming lead opportunities and follow through to new business conversion
• Develop relationships with the corporate / work place pensions areas of the business to seek out new business opportunities
• Conduct both new business and existing client meetings whilst working within a compliant frame work
• Work collaboratively with the paraplanning, support and compliance team
