The Role

Due to continued growth, there is now an opportunity for a Project Executive to join their expanding client services team.

Supporting Project Managers and Account Directors, you will play a key role in the planning and delivery of a wide range of live events and engagement campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of live events from brief through to completion
• Assisting with project timelines, schedules and documentation
• Liaising with clients, venues, suppliers and internal teams
• Coordinating logistics including travel, accommodation and delegate management
• Assisting with supplier sourcing and briefing
• Supporting onsite event delivery when required
• Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an events, marketing, project support or agency environment and be looking to progress their career within project management.
