We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Consultant to join InfoTrack's Customer Support Team in Leeds. In this role, you'll support our clients with managing their online searches, ensuring every enquiry is handled efficiently, professionally, and with outstanding customer care.

What you'll be doing
  • Support clients by answering, distributing, and managing incoming enquiries relating to property search orders.
  • Log support requests accurately and maintain clear updates on all client enquiries.
  • Manage call logs and resolve enquiries within agreed service level agreements.
  • Work closely with data providers and local authorities to help resolve client queries efficiently.
  • Support clients throughout the search process, ensuring services are delivered accurately and within expected timescales.
  • Develop and maintain an advanced knowledge of InfoTrack's products and services.
  • Build positive working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What we're looking for

Essential
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries.
  • A flexible attitude towards learning new systems and adapting to changing processes (full in-house training will be provided).
  • A positive, team-oriented approach and a desire to contribute to an industry-leading customer support team.

Desirable (but not essential)
  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role.
  • Experience working within a professional services or legal environment.
  • Experience using CRM or customer support systems.

Working Hours
  • Your working week will be 37.5 hours per week, typically 9:00am – 5:30pm, with opportunities for flexitime and hybrid working after probation.

Salary and Progression
  • A starting salary of £26,300
