Open seven days a week for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, we're passionate about serving exceptional food and drinks in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our Head Chef and kitchen team work closely with trusted local suppliers to create fresh, seasonal dishes that keep guests coming back.

Alongside our daily service, we're known for our hugely popular Bottomless Brunch, famous Sunday Roasts, and regular special events that make every visit memorable.

As General Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the business. You'll lead both our front and back-of-house teams, ensuring exceptional service, developing our people, and identifying opportunities to grow sales and profitability.

You'll play a key role in shaping the future of Heaney & Mill while maintaining the high standards our guests have come to expect.

• Leading, motivating and developing both front and back-of-house teams.
• Creating exceptional guest experiences every day.
• Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Driving revenue, profitability and business performance.
• Maintaining the highest standards of service, compliance and food safety.
• Recruiting, coaching and retaining outstanding team members.
• Working closely with the owners to deliver the long-term vision for the business.
