Are you an experienced conveyancing professional with a strong estate agency background and a proven track record of building commercial partnerships?

We're recruiting for a Regional Partnership Manager to join a growing business that works closely with estate agency partners across the UK. This is a field-based role where you'll be responsible for developing existing relationships, winning new agency partnerships and driving referral growth across your region.

This is far more than an account management role. You'll spend your time out meeting agents, understanding their businesses, strengthening relationships and ensuring they see genuine value from the partnership. You'll also identify new opportunities, re-engage dormant accounts and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an outstanding service that keeps partners coming back.

To be considered, you'll need hands-on conveyancing experience together with significant estate agency experience, followed by a successful career selling business-to-business services into estate agencies. You'll be commercially minded, confident presenting to business owners and managers, and comfortable managing a large territory independently.

You'll carry out regular face-to-face meetings with partner branches, monitor performance, provide training and support where required, resolve issues quickly and identify ways to increase instructions and referrals. You'll also work closely with sales, marketing, legal and customer service teams to ensure partners receive an exceptional experience from first enquiry through to completion.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being on the road, thrives on relationship building and understands exactly what estate agents need from a conveyancing partner.The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of £40,000 together with the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of a well-established organisation. The role is field based, however candidates must live within a commutable distance of Leeds and be willing to attend the Leeds head office at the end of every month.
