About the role/What you’ll be doing
An opportunity for an experienced Defined Benefit (DB) Pensions Administrator to support the delivery of annual pension scheme events and project activity, ensuring high standards of customer service, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pension administration services within agreed service levels.
• Manage annual scheme events including benefit statements, pension increases, valuations, and allowance exercises.
• Maintain accurate member and employer records.
• Perform pension benefit calculations and data validation activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives and collaborate across teams.

About you/Required skills and experience

• Proven and demonstrable DB pension administration experience.
• Experience completing pension benefit calculations.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
