Reporting into the Commercial Finance Business Partner, you'll support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting while partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide analysis and financial insight.

You'll play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting and commercial decision-making, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver meaningful insight that drives business performance.

Description

• Assist with monthly management accounts and performance reporting.
• Deliver variance analysis with clear, commercial commentary.
• Support monthly KPI reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain financial models and planning tools.
• Produce insightful reporting using Power BI and Excel.
• Partner with teams across the business to support strategic decision-making.
• Respond to ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.
• Drive continuous improvements to reporting processes and financial insight.

Profile

• Part qualified Accountant and actively studying towards an accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
• Experience within FP&A, management accounting or commercial finance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• A continuous improvement mindset and excellent attention to detail.
