Fram is working with a high-calibre independent financial planning firm that is looking to hire an experienced Head of Financial Planning to lead its team in Yorkshire. This is a senior leadership appointment, offering the opportunity to influence the direction of an established and growing business while leading a team of Planners and Paraplanners.

The role combines leadership, commercial oversight, and strategic development. The successful individual will be responsible for coaching and developing advisers, maintaining high advice standards, and helping to shape the firm’s financial planning proposition as it continues to evolve. Working closely with the senior leadership team, they will contribute to business strategy, drive performance, and ensure the advisory function continues to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Alongside team leadership, the position involves supporting business growth, developing processes, identifying opportunities to enhance the client proposition, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. This is a visible role within the business and would suit someone who enjoys influencing both people and strategy.

This may appeal to an experienced Financial Planner with an established background in managing adviser teams and operating at a senior level within a financial planning business.
