Conveyancing Assistant - #2113984

I'm working with a well-regarded regional law firm seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join its New Build Property Team in Central Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with conveyancing experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive firm.

You will provide key support to solicitors and fee earners handling a high-volume caseload of new build conveyancing transactions, ensuring matters progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.

Key responsibilities include opening and managing client files, preparing legal documents and correspondence, issuing contracts, ordering searches, liaising with developers, clients and third parties, and assisting with exchange, completion and post-completion matters.

You will have at least six months’ experience in a conveyancing or legal support role, strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
