As our Payroll & Pensions Trainer, you'll design and deliver high-quality training programmes focused on education payroll and pensions, ensuring our teams have the knowledge and confidence to provide exceptional service to our customers.

  • Evaluating training effectiveness and implementing improvements.
  • Supporting onboarding, system migrations and business change initiatives.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have:

  • Experience delivering training, coaching or supporting learning initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation including PAYE, National Insurance, statutory payments, RTI and year-end processing.
  • Understanding of Teachers' Pension Scheme (TPS), LGPS or similar pension arrangements.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • The ability to simplify complex payroll concepts for different audiences.
  • Professional payroll qualifications such as CIPP or AAT (desirable).
