About the Role
As an Early Career Teacher working on supply, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 (depending on your experience and preferences)
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Follow school policies and lesson plans where provided
- Build strong relationships with pupils and school staff
- Gain experience in a variety of primary school settings across Kirklees
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Is an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or recently qualified teacher
- Has a strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
- Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about teaching
- Has excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Is committed to helping every child reach their full potential
