Project Manager

Hybrid Working

£30,000 - £35,000

Most project management roles sit behind the scenes. This one puts you directly in the room with executive leadership teams, owning an international events programme end to end as an embedded client partner for a fast-growing events agency.

If you have a strong background in international events and executive events delivery, and you are ready to take real ownership of a high-profile programme, this Project Manager opportunity is worth a close look.

- Direct ownership of and access to C-suite stakeholders across a high-profile international events programme

- Significant travel across European and global markets, with genuine variety across event formats and audiences

- Contribution to a wider agency portfolio, broadening your experience and opening clear internal progression routes

- Flexible working model with WFH permitted when not required on site, balancing the demands of a travel-heavy role

- Permanent role with an established and rapidly growing events agency behind you

The Company

This is a full-service brand engagement and creative experiences agency that has been delivering events across the UK and internationally since 2004. With in-house operations, sales, creative and finance teams all under one roof, collaboration is genuine rather than aspirational. The business is expanding quickly across multiple sectors, which means the people joining now are building their careers on real momentum.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of an executive events programme delivered across Europe and globally, while also contributing to wider agency projects.

- Plan and deliver intimate executive events from concept through to post-event review

- Manage venues, suppliers, logistics and on-site delivery across international locations

- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams

- Oversee budgets, financial reconciliation and programme governance

- Support broader agency project management and share best practice across the team

The Candidate

To be considered for this Project Manager role, you will need demonstrable experience delivering complex events at an international level. Agency experience is strongly preferred.

- End-to-end event planning, delivery and budget management across complex, multi-workstream projects

- Proven track record of executing international events, including overseas logistics and on-site delivery

- Stakeholder management at executive or C-suite level

- Ability to coordinate venues, suppliers and logistics across multiple simultaneous projects

Experience with executive leadership programmes or high-level corporate events is beneficial but not essential, as is familiarity with smaller, intimate event formats requiring personalised delivery or exposure to wellbeing and experiential elements. What matters most is a confident, proactive approach and the ability to represent an agency with credibility at the most senior level.

In return, you get genuine ownership of a standout client programme, real exposure to executive events across European and global markets, and the backing of an ambitious agency with serious momentum. This Project Manager vacancy is attracting strong interest, so if the Project Manager brief fits your experience, submit your application now and we will be in touch promptly.
