Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

• Advising clients on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions.
• Working on private equity investments and corporate restructures.
• Providing commercially focused advice on a broad range of corporate advisory matters.
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Working closely with clients across a variety of sectors to deliver practical legal solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Working with colleagues across the wider Corporate team on complex matters.
• Contributing to business development and helping strengthen the firm's growing Corporate practice.

Profile

The Corporate Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor between 2 and 4 years PQE in Corporate law.
• Experienced in mergers and acquisitions and wider corporate transactions.
• Able to advise on corporate restructures and private equity matters.
• Commercially aware with excellent client relationship skills.
• A strong communicator with excellent drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Motivated to develop their career within a leading regional law firm.
• Keen to work within a collaborative and high performing Corporate team.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £64,000 to £75,000
• 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
