The Role:

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets
• Managing your candidate database
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism

The Requirements:

• Degree educated or previous experience in a B2B/B2C sales role
• Competitive, ambitious and motivated by financial rewards
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
