Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (Wednesdays and Fridays working from home)

The company we're recruiting for are an exciting, people focussed business who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team in their brilliantly located city centre offices.

You'll be supporting the Finance team and will have your own responsibilities as well as assisting with other duties when needed - which is perfect as you enjoy being hands on and are eager to learn. Within your new role as a Finance Administrator you will be responsible for:

• Management of the financial inbox (around 40 emails per day)
• Processing invoices using Sage and logging on Excel
• Raising and matching PO numbers
• Processing employee expenses
• Assisting with bank reconciliations
• Maintenance of the order and refunds tracker
• Ad hoc duties as required by the team.

Skills/experience required for this position:

• Experience of Purchase Ledger
• Confident with Excel with a high attention to detail
• Hands on approach with eagerness to learn
