BTR Resident Services Associate - #2118982

The role:

As Resident Services Associate you will be based on a high-end residential development in Leeds. Responsible for being the first point of contact for residents, always providing excellent customer service. As RSA you will also be responsible for carrying out front of house duties, property management, leasing administration and organising maintenance works. Your working hours will be 5 days over 7, with some Saturdays required.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to every person, creating an unmatched first impression
• Manage resident enquiries and complaints, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently
• Log communication with residents
• Conduct routine inspections of community amenities and common areas
• Carry out leasing administration including tenancy agreements and reference checks
• Carry out apartment tours
• Organise maintenance works, liaise with contractors and ensure works are progressing smoothly
• Follow health & safety procedures
• Day to day front of house type services such as handling parcels

About you:

• Prior real estate experience or experience working in Student Accommodation or Hospitality in a front-facing role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
