You will be responsible for:

• Leading the production of accurate and timely management accounts.
• Providing meaningful financial analysis and insight to key stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline finance processes.
• Working with stakeholders across the wider business to drive improvements.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and month-end activities.
• Ensuring strong financial controls and reporting processes are maintained.
• Taking an active role in wider finance projects and business improvement initiatives.

We are looking for a qualified or part-qualified accountant with strong management accounting experience who enjoys more than simply producing the numbers.

You will ideally have:

• Strong management accounting and month-end experience.
• A genuine interest in process improvement and making things work better.
• The confidence to engage with stakeholders outside of finance.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ambition to develop your career within a large and evolving organisation.
