Senior Accountant – £50,000 to £55,000 – Leeds / Hybrid

This position sits at the heart of the finance function, taking ownership of core reporting, strengthening controls, and ensuring the business has reliable, high-quality financial information to drive decisions. It’s a role that goes beyond “producing numbers” you’ll shape them, challenge them, and add real commercial context.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of technical reporting and delivering accurate, high-quality financial outputs
• Strengthening financial controls and ensuring robust, compliant processes
• Acting as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders
• Producing insightful MI, budgeting, and forecasting with clear commercial commentary
• Playing a key role in audit and continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting and developing junior team members

What We’re Looking For

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong technical accounting background with hands-on reporting experience
• Confidence working with complex data and financial information
• A detail-driven mindset with the ability to see the bigger commercial picture
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge where needed
• Ambition to grow and develop within a fast-paced business
