Our client, a leading international real estate provider, is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee a regional portfolio of commercial properties across Leeds.
This is a senior role responsible for delivering hard and soft FM services, managing service charge budgets, supplier and team performance, compliance, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage service charge budgets and expenditure.
- Lead site teams and manage supplier performance.
- Oversee M&E services, compliance, and health & safety.
- Conduct inspections and manage planned works.
- Manage procurement, contractors, and capital projects.
- Build strong client and tenant relationships.
- Produce reports and chair stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure security, emergency, and sustainability standards are maintained.
- Experienced Facilities Manager with multi-site or large-site experience.
- Strong knowledge of service charge budgets, commercial leases, and landlord & tenant relationships.
- Experience managing teams and contractors.
- Good understanding of M&E services and statutory compliance.
- NEBOSH qualified; IWFM/RICS desirable.
- Strong communication and IT skills.
- Salary around £50,000.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, with option to buy more.
