Senior Architect
Location: Leeds
Salary: £35-40,000

This role would suit an ARB-registered Architect with post-qualification experience who is confident contributing to projects across the RIBA work stages and is looking to further develop their career within a progressive practice. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced architects and designers while taking increasing responsibility for project delivery and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to architectural projects from concept through to completion across the RIBA work stages
- Develop planning, technical, and construction drawing packages, including specifications and schedules
- Coordinate project information with internal teams, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, quality, and relevant UK legislation
- Attend client meetings, design reviews, site visits, and project meetings as required
- Support bids, presentations, and business development activities where appropriate
Ideal Candidate
- ARB-registered Architect with relevant post-qualification experience
- Experience working across multiple RIBA work stages within a UK architectural practice
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning policy, and construction detailing
- Proficient in Revit with a good understanding of BIM workflows
- Strong design, technical, communication, and organisational skills
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
