Working closely with colleagues, suppliers and delivery partners, you'll oversee projects from initiation through to completion, managing plans, budgets, risks and dependencies along the way.

You'll play an important role in bringing people together, building strong stakeholder relationships and supporting effective decision-making through governance and communication. Alongside project delivery, you'll be involved in supplier management, commercial activities and procurement processes, helping to ensure projects deliver value for both NGN and our customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, working with a diverse range of stakeholders and delivering meaningful change within a complex operational environment.

In this role you will:

  • Manage the delivery of IT and business change projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, forecasts, risks and issue logs.
  • Produce project reporting and provide regular updates to stakeholders and governance groups.
  • Lead supplier and contract management activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate procurement activities and support business case development.
  • Facilitate technical discussions, project workshops and steering group meetings.
  • Support decision-making through effective risk management and governance processes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across NGN and external delivery partners.

We are looking for:

  • PRINCE2 Foundation (Essential)
  • Proven experience delivering projects within a structured project management environment.
  • Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
  • Experience managing project risks, issues, budgets and dependencies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing suppliers and commercial relationships.
  • Confidence facilitating workshops, presentations and governance meetings.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Desirable - PRINCE2 Practitioner / MSP Foundation / ITIL Foundation / Certified Scrum Master

  • Occupational sick pay available after the first 2 calendar days of statutory sick pay
  • Generous stakeholder pension scheme, doubling your contribution, up to 10%
  • Flexible benefits and salary sacrifice options, including discounts on UK attractions, gym memberships, restaurants, experience days, plus access to a Virtual GP service
