Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor - #2123527

We’re working with a well-established civil engineering specialist delivering critical infrastructure projects across the UK. With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they’re looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor and a Seniour Quantity Surveyor to work from their Leeds office.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects, work closely with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in driving commercial performance across a varied portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a QS/SQS you'll be trusted to manage the commercial lifecycle of projects, including:

• Taking full commercial responsibility for multiple live projects
• Managing costs, forecasts, and project budgets
• Preparing and submitting valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Overseeing subcontractor procurement and commercial management
• Producing CVRs, cashflow forecasts, and financial reports
• Advising operational teams on contractual matters
• Building strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors who are:

• Experienced within civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction
• Confident managing projects independently or as part of a team
• Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills
• Familiar with NEC contracts
• Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Rail experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
