Our client, a respected firm of Chartered Accountants based in Leeds, is looking for a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their growing tax practice.

As Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will work closely with managers and partners on a varied portfolio of corporate clients, taking increasing responsibility for compliance and advisory work while developing your client facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the delivery of corporate tax compliance and advisory services across a varied portfolio
• Preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns and computations to a high standard
• Advising on corporation tax, group structures and reorganisations under the guidance of senior staff
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted point of contact
• Identifying tax planning opportunities and communicating recommendations clearly
• Supervising and mentoring junior members of the corporate tax team

This role is ideal for a corporate tax professional ready to step up towards manager level. Leeds is one of the UK's most commercially active regional cities, and the firm's client base reflects that, offering technical breadth across sectors and business sizes within a supportive practice environment.

You will Need:

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified with a solid corporate tax background gained in practice
• At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Proven experience delivering corporate tax compliance and advisory work across a range of clients
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation and current developments
• Excellent communication skills and a confident client facing manner
